Customer Background:

RTS Environmental Services has provided thousands of state of the art mold and moisture inspections, mold identification and remediation, air quality testing, and asbestos inspection and removal services in Washington, DC, Maryland, and Northern Virginia.

The Challenge:

RTS Environmental approached Digital Assembly Line in July 2008, frustrated with the results seen from two website companies they had used in the prior two years. To create true, positive results for RTS Environmental, DAL managed and made modifications to the company website, as well as started a Pay Per Click (PPC) website marketing campaign focusing on mold and asbestos inspections. To further market their business to real estate agents in the Washington DC area, DAL started a monthly email newsletter sent directly to targeted agents. In November 2008, RTS Environmental asked DAL to rebuild their current website and begin performing search engine optimization to market their services. Over the last year, RTS Environmental has seen its leads double thanks to the new exposure achieved by DAL's Internet marketing services.
