Hanlon Design Build A nationally recognized design build firm catering to high-end, custom, luxury homes, Hanlon Design Build provides customers with a cumulative total of more than 60 years of experience. The professional team of interior designers and structural engineers of HDB work exclusively in Bethesda, MD, Chevy Chase, MD, McLean, VA, and the Washington DC neighborhoods of Georgetown, Palisades, Spring Valley, Foxhall Road and Wesley Heights. Specializing in the construction of luxury homes and high-end custom renovation projects, clients expect the highest quality, service and expertise in the custom built home industry.

The Challenge:

Delivering the quality expected by clients begins with exuding the appropriate image from the moment of the first impression. The executive team at Hanlon Design Build needed their company website to convey the expertise and knowledge sought in a luxury, high-end design build firm.

Digital Assembly Line's team of developers created a new website designed with attention to every detail that not only provides information to potential clients, but also highlights the talents and industry experience of the HDB team.

Focusing on Search Engine Optimization, the DAL team implemented an overall SEO campaign geared at increasing traffic to the HBD website and drawing the attention of prospective custom home building clients. In conjunction with a Pay Per Click advertising campaign, the SEO efforts resulted in a significant increase Internet traffic providing additional clients and revenue for Hanlon Design Build.

A high-end luxury home building company must cover all angles of marketing, and so DAL was contracted to also create a line of printed materials for HBD customers. A 5 ½ x 11 inch, quad-fold brochure was designed to showcase the talents of the HBD team through a pictorial display as well as information regarding all services offered by HBD. The quad-fold brochure is used in combination with other marketing materials to create a custom information kit for use by Realtors when showing the custom homes of HBD.
